What should I do if the liquid enters my phone?
If you dropped your phone into water or other liquids, don’t be alarmed, check the following emergency measures:
1. Take your phone out of the liquid immediately;
2. If your Vivo phone has a non-removable battery, turn off the phone at once and remove both the SIM and SD card. If your Vivo phone has a removable battery, remove the battery, SIM and SD card quickly;
3. Use a tissue or soft cloth to thoroughly adsorb water stains or liquids on the surface of your phone, and gently shake the phone in the opposite direction of liquid inflow so that the liquid can flow out;
4. Blow-dry the phone with a fan or cold (not hot) air hair dryer, then take your Vivo phone, warranty card and proof of purchase to a nearby Vivo Customer Center for repairs at once.

What should I do if current flows from phone?
Let’s analyze the causes. There are two different situations:
1. It happens when the phone is charging:
Please don`t worry, slight static electricity of the screen is normal especially in a dry environment.
a. Make sure the charger is original and you can change another socket to try again(The unqualified charger and aged socket might cause electric leakage);
b. Change another USB port and try again.(If it happens when you charge your phone through PC with the USB cable).
If it still exists, please seek help from our service center.
2. It happens when the phone is not in charging state:
Make sure your phone is dry and without water trace as this may cause short circuit and electric leakage. If it still exists without water, please seek help from our service center.
What should I do if current flows from earphone?
Generally speaking, the current in the earphone is quite small which will not cause electric shock. If you get the electric shock, it is the static electricity which might be caused by the friction between clothes, hair and earphone. You can put a fur cover for your earphone to avoid it.
