NCR Based
Currently enrolled in any university or college within the National Capital Region (NCR).
Undergraduates
Must be in your 1st to 3rd year level at the time of application.
Personality
Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking in public. Ready to represent our brand!

The Journey Begins

The Timeline
Level 1: Initial Screening
Selected through public screening at vivo Mall Tours. Show us who you are! Make sure to COME IN YOUR SCHOOL UNIFORM!
●  Step 1: Pre-register online or visit the booth. Bring or present the ff:
○  Certificate of Registration for the current semester
○  Student I.D and;
○  Valid government I.D.
 
●  Step2 : Introduce yourself on stage.
●  Step3 : Showcase a creative performance.
How we select the best from this round?
From each stop, the top 20 candidates will be shortlisted. Among those, only the TOP 3 applicants will advance to the second round. Top 3 announcements will be made through vivo Philippines’ social media accounts.
Level 2: Final Selection
Part 1: Online Voting
1.  Following the initial screening, the Top 3 from each stop—forming our final TOP 15—will proceed to the Online Voting stage. This voting period will officially launch exactly seven days before the Final Presentation.
2.  The voting will be initiated through vivo Philippines official facebook page and will close 24 hours before the Final Presentation.
3.  This voting process will be accounted to the final grading/score of the applicant.
Part 2: Final Presentation
1.  All chosen applicants (Top 3 of each stop) will then appear in the Final Presentation.
2.   In which, in this part, they need to:
○   A re-introduction of themselves and a;
○   3-5 minute speech presentation about the given topic.
After the deliberation, TOP 5 applicants will then be recognized as the first-ever GEN Vs of the vivo Club.
How we select the best of the best in this round?
GEN V’s adventure will officially start on August 1, 2026.

FAQs

While the five campus tours will be planned and initiated by the GEN Vs, vivo Philippines will provide the necessary approval and support. The majority of the vivo Club's strategic direction will be decided by the GEN Vs, and vivo Philippines will provide the official excuse letters for your university requirements.

The ₱5,000 monthly allowance is a guaranteed flat rate for the entire year and is yours to keep. In addition to this, you are eligible for bonuses upon achieving set KPIs. Any official business expenses required by the program will be covered separately by vivo Philippines.

You will receive priority status, including a potential bypass of certain interview stages. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to be offered positions specifically tailored to your program and skill set.

This opportunity is subject to availability, aligning your academic timeline with the company's current schedule. Rest assured, we will provide full assistance to help you secure this perk.

The Team Lead provides direction, but success depends on the collective effort of all GEN Vs. While every strong team needs someone to steer the ship, opportunities remain equal for all five members.

The initial screening (Level 1) focuses on creative performance, such as singing, dancing, or hosting. However, since the program’s core objectives are leadership, marketing, and brand advocacy, you can also showcase your confidence and public speaking through a creative presentation or portfolio. These skills account for 30% of your initial score, making them an ideal alternative if you aren't a stage performer.

You will receive direct mentorship from marketing professionals. This training focuses on branding and campaigns, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how a global brand operates. This is designed to prepare you for the career pathways or internships available with vivo after graduation.

Confidence, Public Speaking, and Q&A account for the majority of the score, totaling 75%. While there is a voting component, it is designed to test your ability to engage and mobilize a community rather than simply measuring your existing follower count.

Becoming a GEN V is truly the start of a long-term partnership with us. The mentorship and training you receive throughout the 12-month program are specifically designed to sharpen your professional edge and prepare you for a future career with vivo Philippines once you complete your degree.

We will provide a specialized training period covering branding, strategic planning, event execution, and public speaking. This ensures you are fully equipped with the skills needed to succeed in the program.

As long as you are currently enrolled in a college or university within the National Capital Region and are at a non-graduating year level.

Any program or courses are welcome to join.

No, owning a vivo phone is not a requirement to apply. We welcome students regardless of the mobile brand they currently use.
