A. Prizes
        –  One (1) winner will be randomly chosen from the pool of entries to win 1 vivo X200 Pro smartphone
        – One (1) winner will be randomly chosen from the pool of entries to win 1 smart watch
        – One (1) winner will be randomly chosen from the pool of entries to win 1 TWS earbuds
        – One (1) winner will be randomly chosen from the pool of entries to win 1 Bluetooth speaker

        B. Conditions
        1.   To be eligible for a raffle entry, participants must:
          ◯  purchase any vivo smartphone from official vivo stores within the Philippines. See store list in our website https://www.vivoglobal.ph/ for more details
          ◯  Submit the raffle entry details on the Google Form link that is found on the official vivo Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/vivo.philippines/ or thru the direct link which is https://bit.ly/MerryVivoChristmas
          ◯  Details to be provided are: complete name, address, contact number, email, and a clear e-copy of their official receipt (phone purchase)
          ●  For the grand prize of One (1) vivo X200 Pro smartphone, the winner must claim his/her prize at a mutually agreed-upon vivo store, and present the phone purchased together with its original O.R. receipt (IMEI should match).

        2.   Promo period. Promo runs from November 15, 2024 to January 15, 2025.

        3.   Participating devices. Any vivo phone model qualifies for the raffle.

        4.   Number of entries. Customers may enter multiple times provided that one phone purchase entitles them to one (1) raffle entry.

        5.   Eligibility. All participants and selected companion should be 18 years of age and above to be considered valid.

        The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the Philippines who are of legal age as of the date of entry. Top Access Infinity Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealerships, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and all of its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns and their immediate families (parents, spouses, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. In addition, employees of Top Access Infinity Inc. including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo. This Promo shall be void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. The information you provide as detailed below will only be used for Promotion purposes.

        6.   Schedule of raffle draw. An online randomizer (website: https://wheelofnames.com/) will be used for the electronic raffle draw.

        Winners will be drawn via Electronic Raffle Draw at the head office of Top Access Infinity Inc. (vivo Philippines) at 27F The Curve Building, 32^nd Street Fort Bonifacio Global City 1634 Taguig City on January 17, 2025 in the presence of a DTI representative.

        A customer can only win once. Once picked, their names will be excluded in the succeeding draws.

        7.   Contacting of winners. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS, and their names will be posted at vivo Philippines’ official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/vivo.philippines/ within twenty-four (24) hours from the draw, with instructions on how to claim the prize.

        8. Claiming of prizes.The winner must present all the following to claim his/her prize:
        ◯ Two (2) valid IDs (SSS or GSIS ID, driver’s license, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport, school ID) with complete real name, photograph and signature
        ◯ Send a personal message of the tape receipt photo to our official vivo Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/vivo.philippines/. Photo must be clear enough for vivo to read all details on the receipt, which includes but not limited to: date and time of purchase, amount paid, location of store, store name, and receipt number.
        ◯ Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Top Access Infinity Inc. with prior approval of DTI.
        ◯ All prizes are transferrable but not exchangeable and/or convertible to cash, cash advance, or any kind. The prizes may be transferred to the winner’s nominated recipient who can satisfy the requirements for the claiming of the prizes.
        ◯ Submission of requirements may be done by an authorized representative assigned by the winner. The representative must present a valid ID together with an authorization letter signed by the winner and must submit the following:
        ● Two (2) valid IDs (SSS or GSIS ID, driver’s license, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport, school ID) with complete real name, photograph and signature
        ● Signed affidavit stating that the winner recognizes the representative to claim his/her prize on their behalf.

        9.  Publicity. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation or authorization as permitted by law by Top Access Infinity Inc. and/or each of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising/promotion agencies.

        10. Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and/or entrant, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Philippines.
