There are two methods that can help improve the quality of the video:

1. Select the higher resolution while recording videos.

2. Record videos in a good light.

For Funtouch OS 4.0 and higher version: Go to Camera>switch to rear camera>enter Videos mode>touch icon on the top>select “SLO-MO”, then you can take a slow video.

For Funtouch OS 3.0 and higher version: Go to Camera>switch to rear camera>click icon on the top of the screen>select Slow, then you can take a Slow video.

For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version: Go to Camera>switch to rear camera>touch 3 dots icon at the upper right corner of the screen>select Slow, then you can take a Slow video.

Warmly Tips: Some phones do not support this feature.

For some phones, go to Albums>click the video, then you can Trim and Compress it. Furthermore, we recommend you download & install the third-party apps such as VideoShow to edit videos for better experience.

You can download & install the third-party apps such as MediaInfo to check the FPS of the video.

Our phones don`t have this feature currently. But don`t be upset, you can download & install the third-part apps such as Panorama 360 Camera(HD+)+VR video to achieve it.

Slow motion videos are darker. There are two reasons:

1. Generally, the slow motion videos with the higher fps. It means the shutter speed is faster. When the shutter opens, the camera records a snapshot of the light that passes through, creating an image. Far less light is able to pass through the shutter. This leads to much darker images.

2. While taking slow motion videos, in order to create and record that much data, the camera has to sacrifice picture quality. The only way to create images that quickly is to make sacrifices on the picture resolution. The brightness of the video is also reduced.

We are sorry our current phones sold in Philippines don’t support this feature.

While recording videos, the sound will also be recorded and there is no option to turn off it. But don`t be upset, you can download & install the third-party apps such as Mute Video, Silent Video to remove the sound of the video.

Go to Camera>select Videos mode>touch 720p or 1080p at the topper right corner, if you can see the 4k option, it meas your phone can record and play 4k videos.

The Vivo phones that suport Face beauty for video call support to keep Softlight on while video calling. You can go to Settings>More settings>Face beauty for video call to enable it. Then enter the related social media apps to make a video calling. Touch the Softlight icon to turn it on.

Go to Camera>select Video, then you can touch XXp on the top to set the resolution.

There is no restriction of the recording time. You can record videos of any length as you like so long as your phone has enough space.

Currently, the fps of the videos cannot be adjusted. But please be assured, our engineers have adjusted it to the best level.

Please don`t worry, it is normal. There are two reasons:

1. Generally, the slow motion videos with the higher fps. It means the shutter speed is faster. When the shutter opens, the camera records a snapshot of the light that passes through, creating an image. Far less light is able to pass through the shutter. This leads to much darker images, even with noise.

2. While taking slow motion videos, in order to create and record that much data, the camera has to sacrifice picture quality. The only way to create images that quickly is to make sacrifices on the picture resolution. In fact, the resolution of the slow video is lower than the video recorded under Normal mode.
