Please don`t worry, here are some methods for you:

1. Reboot your phone, then check if it works;

2. Enter Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Erase all data>Reset phone. It will delete data on your phone, please back up your important data before doing it;

If it still exists, please seek help from our service center.

The screen of our current phones is scratchproof in a way. However, we suggest you not to test it on your phone. Vivo will not be responsible for any damage caused or changes that happen during or after the test.

The touch sensitivity of our phones cannot be adjusted manually. But please be assured, it has been adjusted well before delivery. If you are meeting the issue about the touch sensitivity, please feel free to contact us or seek help from our service center.

Download Multi Touch Test app from Play Store, and then you can touch the screen to do the test. It can track up to 10 simultaneous touches, including a simple paint test and a screen colour test.

If the phone touchscreen is dirty with oily finger touches, dust or any other sticky material, it is not going to respond well to your finger impressions. So first of all, please make sure the screen and your fingers are dry. If it still exists, please follow these steps for a try:

1. Update your phone to the latest version;

2. Access to to Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Restore(Reset) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted;

3. Remove the protection film, then try again. If it works, we recommend you change a new protection film;

4. Access Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Erase all data>Reset phone. It will delete data on your phone. Please back up your important data before doing it.

First of all, please check if Eye Protection mode or Color Temperature Adjustment in Settings>Brightness and Display has been turned on or you are using the third-party eye protection apps. If yes, turn it off.

If it is off, please don`t worry, the screen of your phone is normal. Considering the different demands in markets, the screen color of some phones is adjusted to Warm, some is adjusted to Cold. If you don`t like the current temperature color, you can go to Settings>Display and Brightness>Eye Protection or Color Temperature Adjustment(Some phones support) to adjust the screen color manually.

The screen resolution of our current phones cannot be adjusted.

Please don’t worry, we have listed some methods for you:

1. Slide upward from the bottom of the screen to bring up Control Center, then touch Speed up to close all apps;

2. Press and hold Power button and Volume down button simultaneously for 30 seconds to reboot your phone(For the phones with the 16:9 screen, long press the Power button for 30 seconds to reboot your phone);

3. Try to perform Wipe data.

If above methods are not effective, please seek help from our service center.

Our some phones support to adjust the Color Temperature of the screen in Settings>Display and Brightness>Eye Protection. If you cannot find this option, it means your phone does not support this feature currently.

For some phones with AMOLED screen such as V11(V11 Pro), you can go to Settings>Display and brightness>Color Temperature Adjustment to adjust the color temperature on your phone.

Please don`t worry, here are some helpful methods for you:

1. Check if the Light sensor is covered by some objects such as the protective film or dirt. If yes, remove them, then try again;

2. Reboot your phone, then check again;

3. If you are using the third-party call or lock screen app, uninstall them and use the default Phone or lock screen style;

4. Update your phone to the latest version;

5. Access Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Restore(Reset) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted.
