What can I do if the phone cannot send messages successfully?

1. Consult your carrier if you SIM card has enough balance;
2. Check if SMS center number is correct(For the correct SMS center number, you can consult your carrier or search it online):
For Funtouch OS 9.0 and higher version, go to Settings>System app settings>Messages>select your SIM card>More settings>SMS center number.
For Funtouch OS 3.0 and higher version, go to Settings>Messages>SMS center number.
For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version, go to Messages>press Menu button on the left of Home button>More>Settings>SMS center number.
3. Check if the signal is weak. If yes, change another place or time and try again;
4. Check if it happens to all contacts. If not, please check if your contact number is added into Blacklist by your friend;
5. Clear the data of Messages;
6. Insert your SIM card to another phone to check if there is the same issue. If yes, we recommend you change an SIM card;
