App crash/no response/stop running

Equipment use precautions:
1. Try to avoid using the device in an environment with low temperature, high temperature or large temperature difference. The device has built-in temperature protection function. If the temperature is too low, it may trigger low temperature protection. If the temperature is too high, it may trigger thermal protection. When the temperature is too low or too high, it will automatically shut down or restart.
2. Make sure that the power of the device is sufficient. When the power is insufficient, the device will automatically shut down.
3. Check whether the buttons of the device are stuck (such as the protective shell and other objects are stuck), because pressing the power button and the volume down button at the same time for more than 10 seconds will trigger a forced restart of the device.
4. Check whether the device is set to switch on or off at regular intervals (go to settings, search and enter “switch on and off at regular intervals”). If the function of switch on and off at regular intervals is set, the device will automatically switch on and off at a specific time.
5. If the equipment is damaged or liquid enters, it will cause unstable operation. You need to bring the equipment to the service center for further inspection.

Troubleshooting methods:
1. Check if the device is running an incompatible app
If you have recently installed software through non-app store channels, it is recommended that you uninstall such software and try again. If the program keeps reporting errors, restarts, and fails to boot normally, you can enter safe mode and uninstall the previously installed software to troubleshoot the problem. How to enter/exit safe mode: During the boot process of the device, release the power button when the screen displays the vivo/NEX/iQOO logo, wait for about 5 seconds, and immediately press and hold the “Volume Down” button, and do not release it before entering the lock screen interface Press the button to enter safe mode. After the operation is complete, restart the device to exit Safe Mode.
2. Check whether the storage space of the device is sufficient
Insufficient storage space may cause the device to restart automatically. Please enter i Manager and use “Space Clear” to free up space to ensure sufficient storage space.
3. Service center inspection
If the above methods do not help you, it is recommended that you back up your data in advance and go to a nearby service center for help.
