Email

Here are the steps for you to delete or add an email account:

For Funtouch OS 3.0 and higher version:
1. Open Email, then enter the interface of the email account you want to delete;
2. Scroll down, touch Settings>your account, then scroll down, tap Remove account to delete it.
For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version:
1. Open Email, then enter the interface of the email account or Inbox you want to delete;
2. Press Menu key on the left of Home button, touch Settings>your account, then scroll down, tap Remove account to delete it.

Please don`t worry, try to sign in your account in Gmail. If you can log in successfully, please enable your IMAP services by referring to this link: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?hl=en. Then try again.

Currently, our phones with Funtouch OS 4.0 support this feature and the phones with Funtouch OS 4.5 will be updated to support it in the near future. However, considering the device security, you need to come to our service center to activate it. Hope for your understanding.

Thanks for your support. However, vivoglobal email account can only be registered and used by Vivo employees currently. Hope for your understanding.

Currently, only email account with Exchange server can sync the contacts information.

For Funtouch OS 4.0 or higher version, you can check it in Email>Me>touch your account>Server settings.

For Funtouch OS 3.0 and higher version, you can check it in Email>Settings>>Click your account>Incoming settings and Outgoing settings.

For Funtouch OS 2.6 or lower version, you can check it in Email>press Menu button on the left of Home Button>Settings>touch your account>Incoming settings and Outgoing settings.

You can go to Email>(Me>)Settings>(click the email account>)New message notification(Notification settings)>Ringtone(Choose ringtone)>select Mute to turn off the ringtone of Email.

For Funtouch OS 2.6 and lower version, enter Email>press Menu button on the left of Home button>Settings>select the email account to enter the Settings interface.
