Date, Time & Language

You can go to Settings>More settings>Task timer>Countdown vibration to turn it on. Touch it to set countdown.

Thanks for your support. Since it is designed for Chinese users, the language of some apps cannot be changed. But don`t be upset, you can download & install Google Play Store, then install other third-party apps instead of them.

You can go to Settings>More settings>Date and time>Use 24-hour format. Turn it on to set 24-hour format; turn it off to set 12-hour format.

You can change the system language in Settings>Language & Input>Language. If the desired language is not available currently, please leave feedback to us.

Go to Settings>More settings>Data and Time>Select time zone, then you can change Time zone

The date format on our phones has been set according to the language and region. Different languages and regions match with the different date formats. It cannot be changed manually.

If you don`t mind, you can contact us and tell your country or region, the language you speak and the date format you prefer, we will try our best to assist you.

Our current phones sold out of Chinese Mainland support English, the main languages in India, Arabic, Maithili, Bangala, German, Spanish(Spanish & United States), French, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Laos, Malay, Burmese, Burmese(ZG), Nepali, Dutch, Portuguese(Netherlands & Brazil), Russian, Sinhala, Thai, Filipino, Urdu, Vietnamese, Chinese Simplified, Traditional Chinese(HK & Taiwan) and so on. You can find the details in Settings>Language & Input>Languages.

Our current phones sold in Chinese Mainland support Chinese Simplified, English, Traditional Chinese(HK & Taiwan), Tibetan, Uyghur, Malay, Filipino, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Laos, Burmese(ZG), Khmer, Korean, Japanese and so on. You can find the details in Settings(设置)>More settings(更多设置)>Languages(语言).

In addition, you can contact us for the latest system language information.

You can go to 设置(Settings)>(更多设置)More settings>(语言)Language to change the system language. If the desired language is not built in, please give us a feedback, we will report your demand to our related engineers for further consideration.

Please don`t worry, here are some helpful methods for you:

1. Connect to the stable network. Then go to Settings>More settings>Data and Time>turn off Auto, then turn it on;

2. Reboot your phone, then check it again;

3. Update your phone to the latest version;

4. Enter Settings>More settings>Backup and reset>Restore(Reset) all settings, no data or media will be deleted.

If above measures are not effective, please feel free to let us know.

Please don’t worry, it has no effect on your phone.

You can go to Settings>More setting>Task timer>Scheduled power on/off to set the time when your phone powers on/off and the Repeat way.

You can go to Settings>More settings>Task timer>Scheduled Vibration Mode(Scheduled vibration) to turn it on. Touch it to set the time when your phone vibrates and the Repeat way.

Please don`t worry, go to Settings>Language and Input>Region to check if Thailand is selected. If yes, select other regions or change other languages excluding Thai, then try again.

You can go to Settings>More settings>Task timer>Scheduled Airplane Mode(off-line) to turn it on. Touch it to set the time when Offline is turned on/off and the Repeat way.
