We suggest you should not use your vivo phone while charging, which can make your phone get hot faster and shorten the battery life.

The cycle life is the number of full discharge cycle that the battery is able to support before that its capacity falls under 80% of it’s original capacity. Generally, the battery can support about 600 “full discharge cycles”. As “full discharge cycle” increases, the actual capacity of the battery will shrink.

We can use Power bank to charge vivo phones. However, some power banks control Voltage badly and might damage the battery. We recommend you use the highly rated Power bank.

Our charger is specially designed for vivo  phones. It can provide more stable voltage and current than other chargers. Considering the security and stability of charging, we recommend you better use our original charger to charge your phone.

A full discharge cycle is the process of charging a rechargeable battery and discharging it as required into a load. The term is typically used to specify a battery’s expected life.

The cycle life is the number of full discharge cycle that the battery is able to support before that its capacity falls under 80% of it’s original capacity.

Go to Settings>Status bar and notification, turn on Battery percentage. When your phone is charged fully, 100% will show beside the battery icon and the battery icon will turn gray.

Yeah. When the battery capacity of Vivo phone reaches 10% and 20%(For NEX, it is 15% and 10%), there will be a Low Power Notification. When it reaches 3%, the indicator(Some phones have it) will flash to remind you to charge your phone.
