Most of vivo phones like vivo X50, X50 Pro V19 Neo, Y30 and so on support quick charge

1. Don`t play your phone, especially playing games while charging;

2. Charge your phone before the battery capacity reaches 20%. It is no good to charge the phone when the battery capacity is too low;

3. Don`t overcharge your phone. Stop charging in time if it is charged fully;

4. Use the original Charger and USB cable to charge your phone;

5. Try to place your phone in a well-ventilated location while charging, such as on a desk.

We suggest you should not use your vivo phone while charging, which can make your phone get hot faster and shorten the battery life.

Our current phones do not support the wireless charging feature.

You can charge your phone whenever it is not full and considering the battery health, we recommend you charge your phone before its battery is low(20%).

Yeah. We recommend you stop charging if your phone is fully charged. Overcharge may shorten the battery life.

It is not necessary to charge your phone fully based on the chemical properties and structure of Li-Ion battery. You can charge it to any levels, then stop charging.

Please don`t worry, it has no impact on your battery. The key factor is “full discharge cycle”. Batteries belong to consumables. The cycle life is the number of full discharge cycle that the battery is able to support before that its capacity falls under 80% of it’s original capacity. Generally, the battery can support about 600 “full discharge cycles”. As “full discharge cycle” increases, the actual capacity of the battery will shrink.

We can use Power bank to charge vivo phones. However, some power banks control Voltage badly and might damage the battery. We recommend you use the highly rated Power bank.

Our charger is specially designed for vivo  phones. It can provide more stable voltage and current than other chargers. Considering the security and stability of charging, we recommend you better use our original charger to charge your phone.

A full discharge cycle is the process of charging a rechargeable battery and discharging it as required into a load. The term is typically used to specify a battery’s expected life.

The cycle life is the number of full discharge cycle that the battery is able to support before that its capacity falls under 80% of it’s original capacity.

Go to Settings>Status bar and notification, turn on Battery percentage. When your phone is charged fully, 100% will show beside the battery icon and the battery icon will turn gray.

Because the battery has been activated before released to the public for your free use, it is not necessary to charge your phone fully at the first time.

Of course, you can. Li-Polymer battery has no memory effect. You can charge your phone without running out of power and you can end the charging without charging fully.

You can go to Settings>Battery to turn on Dual-engine quick charge. For some phones such as V11, it is turned on by default.

Yeah. When the battery capacity of Vivo phone reaches 10% and 20%(For NEX, it is 15% and 10%), there will be a Low Power Notification. When it reaches 3%, the indicator(Some phones have it) will flash to remind you to charge your phone.
