How to delete the paired Bluetooth devices?

Go to Settings>Bluetooth>Paired devices>click icon on the right of the paired device, then click Unpair to delete the paired Bluetooth device.

You can find it in File Manager>All files/Phone storage/SD card>Bluetooth folder to find the files transferred.

Please don`t worry, here are some helpful methods for you:

1. Reboot your phone, then connect again;

2. Use another phone to connect to it to check if there is the same issue. If yes, please check if your Bluetooth device is damaged;

3. Delete the paired records, then connect to it again.

4. Go to Settings>More settings>Application>All>Bluetooth(>Storage), Clear data;

5. Go to Settings>System update to update your phone to the latest version;

6. Access Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Restore(Reset) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted;

If above measures are not effective, please seek help from our service center.

Please don`t worry, refer to the methods below for a try:

1. It is normal if the Bluetooth device is your Smartwatch. We encourage our users connect their Vivo phones to Smartwatch through the special app, so we make it unavailable in Bluetooth. Hope for your understanding;

2. Make sure the Bluetooth device can be discovered. You can use another phone to check if it can be found;

3. Reboot your phone, then try again;

4. Clear the data of Bluetooth;

5. Update your phone to the latest version;

6. Restore(Reset) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted;

7. Try to scan for other devices to check if there is the same issue. If yes, please seek help from our service center.

Go to Settings>Bluetooth, turn on Bluetooth and pair the Bluetooth device. After successfully paired, go to File Manager, find and long press the file you want to transfer, click More>Share>Bluetooth>select the Bluetooth device to transfer the file.

We have not tested our phones on all cars as there are too many cars. Hope for your understanding. But don`t worry, you can contact us or give us a feedback. We will try our best to help you.

Warm Tips: Please don`t forget to tell us the specific model number of your car and Vivo phone.

1. Make sure that both your phone and speaker are well charged for the pairing process;

2. Switch your speaker on;

3. Enable Bluetooth on your phone if it isn’t already on(Go to Settings>Bluetooth, turn on the switch);

4. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and scan for devices. You will see the Bluetooth speaker listed. Select it and let it make its connection.

Currently, our phones do not support the Auto Answer for Bluetooth feature.

Please don`t worry, here are some helpful methods for you:

1. Some power-saving apps will forcibly turn off Bluetooth to save power. If you install some power-saving apps on your phone, please remove them for a try;

2. Delete the paired Bluetooth device, then connect to it again;

3. Enter Settings>More Settings>App manager>touch More at the upper right corner>Show system processes>Bluetooth>Storage>Clear data(For Funtouch OS 4.0 and lower version, access Settings>More settings>Applications>All>Bluetooth>Storage>Clear data);

4. Enter Settings>System update, upgrade your phone to the latest version;

5. Access to Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Reset(Restore) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted.

If above measures are not effective, please feel free to contact us.

Our phones can connect to the multiple Bluetooth devices at the same time. For example, you can connect to a Smart Watch and a Bluetooth earphone at the same time.

You can connect your phone to your car with the Bluetooth:

1. Initiate paring on your car’s stereo;

2. Head into your phone’s setup menu. Please go to Settings(>More settings)>Bluetooth, turn it on;

3. You’ll find a list of available Bluetooth devices. Locate your stereo in the list and select it;

4. You’ll be prompted for a pin (which varies from stereo to stereo, but is usually 0000) and the pairing process will be complete;

Enable the media. The entry in the Bluetooth devices list should read “Connected to phone and Media audio“. If not, then press and hold on the stereo’s name until the contextual menu appears, then select Options and manually enable audio streaming by checking the box next to Media.

Please don`t worry, here are some helpful methods for you:

1. When using some features in some apps, Bluetooth needs turning on. Please check if it is enabled while using the apps. If yes, please don`t worry, it is normal;

2. Enter Settings>More Settings>App manager>touch More at the upper right corner>Show system processes>Bluetooth>Storage>Clear data(For Funtouch OS 4.0 and lower version, access Settings>More settings>Applications>All>Bluetooth>Storage>Clear data);

3. Enter Settings>System update, upgrade your phone to the latest version;

4. Some third-party apps will turn on Bluetooth in the background. Please uninstall the apps you installed recently to check if it works;

5. Access to Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Restore(Reset) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted.
