Please don`t worry, it is normal. The pixels per inch of the photo will get less when you zoom it out. That is why it gets blurred when you zoom out the photo.

Only the videos shot by the phone and the screen recordings display in Albums. For other videos, you can view them on Videos or File Manager.

Warmly Tips: Videos app can support to play the videos in avi, MP4, 3gp, wmv format. For the videos in other formats, you can download & install the third-party apps such as MX Player to view them.

Our phones support to play Gif pictures. For this issue, generally, there are several reasons below:

1. The size of the Gif picture is large. We recommend you download & install the third-party apps such as DU GIF Make to play it. After installation, please go to File Manager and find the Gif picture, then press and hold it until Menu options occur. Select More>Open with>Du GIF Make(or other GIF apps) to play it.

2. The storage location of the Gif picture cannot be read by Albums. You can move it to DCIM>Camera folder, then touch it to play for a try.

Sometimes, we will find some pictures which are not saved or taken by us. These pictures are generally created by the third-party apps. You can go to Albums>Other albums, find and delete the albums with these pictures. Moreover, you can download & install the third-party clean apps to clean picture caches.
