Earphone

The R means right side earphone and the L means left side one.

Long press the power button of your Bluetooth earphone until the red light blinks. When the indicator light goes off, the Bluetooth earphone is powered off.

Our phones all come with the 3.5mm headset jack.

Please don`t worry, here are some helpful methods for you:

1. Plug your earphone into another handset to check if there is the same issue. If yes, we recommend you change an earphone;

2. Plug in the earphone again and make sure it is plugged in fully;

3. If the earphone you are using is not original, please use the original one to check again;

4. Go to Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Restore(Reset) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted.

If above methods are not effective, please seek help from our service center.

Please don’t worry, here are some troubleshooting methods for you:

1. Make sure the Bluetooth headset is not mono as the mono headphone cannot play music;

2. Connect to another Bluetooth headset to check if there is the same issue. If not, we recommend you change a BT headset;

3. You can also connect your BT headset to another phone to check if there is the same issue. If yes, we recommend you change a BT headset;

4. Go to Settings>Bluetooth>find Bluetooth device>click icon to enter the Setting interface. Make sure the two audio switches are turned on;

5. Go to Settings>System update to update your phone to the latest version;

6. Access Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Restore(Reset) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted;

If above measures are not effective, please seek help from our service center.

Please don`t worry, you can follow these methods to fix it:

1. Change another earphone to check if there is the same issue. If no, we recommend you change an earphone;

2. Or plug your earphone into another phone to check if there is the same issue. If yes, we recommend you change an earphone;

3. Reboot your phone and check if there is dust or other materials in the phone jack;

4. Enter Settings>System update to upgrade your phone to the latest version;

5. Access Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Restore(Restore) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted.

If above measures are not effective, please seek help from our service center.

1. It can take a picture by clicking the button;

2. Long pressing the button can bring up Google Assistant or Google Voice Search;

3. Clicking the button can answer or refuse calls;

4. When listening to music with i Music or some third party apps, it can play or pause music by clicking the button; double click can switch to next song, triple click can switch to last song(This feature is available on some vivo phones).

If it is the incoming call or an alarm, the speaker still has sound to avoid missing important calls even in earphone mode. It is normal. In addition to the above situation, please refer to the methods below:

1. Plug your earphone into another handset to check if there is the same issue. If yes, we recommend you change an earphone;

2. Plug in the earphone again and make sure it is plugged in fully;

3. If the earphone you are using is not original, please use the original one to check again;

1. If it is a new phone, you can force to plug the earphone into the jack;

2. Check if there is dust or other material in the phone jack.

1. Make sure that both your phone and your headset are well charged for the pairing process. A completely full charge is not required but the point is that you don’t want either device to shut off during the pairing process;

2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone if it isn’t already on(Go to Settings>Bluetooth, turn on the switch);

3. Switch your Bluetooth adapter on. The light on it should blink once;

4. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and scan for devices. You will see the Bluetooth headset listed. Select it and let it make its connection.

If you are asked a password or code, enter 0000. If this code isn’t correct, refer to the manufacturer of the earphone for more information.
