An E-warranty card is a warranty certificate, which serves the same function of a paper warranty card. However, it is still recommended to keep your purchasing receipt (invoice) as this is the most important voucher of your phone. You are required to bring this voucher with you if you want to return or replace your phone.
Use either of the following methods to activate your E-warranty card:
Method 1: Go to Settings > More settings > E-warranty card > Activate now. Then, fill in your information to complete the registration.
Method 2: Log in to the vivo.com app, go to Services > E-warranty card > Go to activate > Activate now. Then, fill in your information to complete the registration.
An E-warranty card equals to a paper warranty card if you are not carrying or have lost your purchasing receipt or paper warranty card. You simply need to show your E-warranty card to the staff of a service center during the warranty period when necessary.
Kind reminder: Please bring your purchasing receipt with you if you want to return or replace your phone.
An E-warranty card is valid for a year starting from the purchasing date of your phone.
Kind reminder: Currently the valid time of an E-warranty card does not include the period of extended warranty services.
You cannot use your E-warranty card if your phone fails to power on. In this case, please bring your purchasing voucher and paper warranty card to a customer service center for solutions. If you are unable to provide such vouchers, the staff from the service center will determine the warranty period according to the production date of your phone.
