A. Prizes
a. One (1) Jaecoo J7SHS SUV worth ₱1,549,000
b. Ten (10) vivo V60 smartphones (12+256) worth ₱28,999.00 each
B. Conditions
a. Car
i. A customer is only qualified to join after purchasing a minimum of Php 8,000 worth of vivo smartphone from any vivo store nationwide.
ii. The receipt and purchase must be dated from November 15, 2025 to January 10, 2026
iii. To be eligible for a raffle entry, participants must:
1. Purchase any vivo smartphone from official physical vivo stores within the Philippines. See store list in our website https://www.vivoglobal.ph/ for more details
2. Entries must be submitted in this form: bit.ly/BerryChristmas2025 providing details as follows: Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Full Address, and a photo of their Receipt Purchase.
iv. Once winners are chosen, they must provide the following details to vivo:
1. Complete name, address, contact number, email, 2 valid government IDs, and a clear e-copy of their official phone purchase receipt.
v. The winner will shoulder the 20% tax of the prize, insurance of the vehicle, as well as the subsequent costs of maintenance and repairs in the future. But the delivery and ownership transfer related to the Jaecoo J7SHS SUV will be taken care of the sponsor , and the winner will not be responsible for the mentioned actions.
b. Vivo V60
i. Customer is eligible to win a brand-new vivo V60 when they successfully purchase a car at any Omoda & Jaecoo participating stores.
ii. No minimum purchase amount. Applicable to all models of Omoda & Jaecoo

E. Submission of Entries

i. Customers will be required to provide basic personal information such as:

4. Full Address
ii. Customers must attach the photo of their receipt purchase in the registration form.

b. Customer can submit multiple receipts for their multiple transactions.
c. Submission ends at January 10, 2026 11:59 PM
d. Submission link will automatically open & close on the mentioned time and date.

F. Raffle draw.
a. Winner will be drawn on January 15, 2026 in the presence of an authorized DTI representative.
b. Once winner is drawn, the winner shall and will be notified via registered mail, email and SMS, and his/her name will be posted at vivo Philippines’ official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/vivo.philippines/ within twenty-four (24) hours from the draw, with instructions on how to claim the prize.
G. How to claim Prize
a. Winner must present his/her valid hard copy receipt upon receiving the prize.
b. The car will be delivered to the winner’s preferred address.
c. The prize can be transferable but not convertible to cash.
H. Period of Redemption of Prize
a. The chosen winner will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim his/her prize.
b. The chosen winner must be responsible for the 20% tax of prize. Applicable for both raffles.
I. Eligibility
