– Three (3) winners will be randomly chosen from the pool of entries to win 1 of 3 Wilson basketballs signed
by NBA Hall of Famer Dominique Wilkins.
– Fifty (50) winners will be randomly chosen from the pool of entries to win 1 of 50 NBA League Pass codes
(usable for 1 month).
– One (1) winner of vivo V29 5G Pink Edition (12GB + 256GB) smartphone will be randomly chosen from the
pool of entries.
– Two (2) winners of vivo V29e 5G (12GB + 256GB) smartphone will be randomly chosen from the pool of
entries to win 1 unit each.

All other costs and fees such as but not limited to transportation fees, accommodation, flight ticket, taxes
that may be incurred in relation to the claiming and/or use of the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
B. Conditions
1. To be eligible for a raffle entry, participants must:

◯ customers must completely fill-up the online registration form at
https://www.vivoglobal.ph/what-is-your-christmas-wish/ with the following details: complete name,
address, contact number, email, and their Christmas wish (choose from any one of the prizes in this promo).
2. Promo period. Promo runs from December 16, 2023 to January 31, 2024. Travel period is within six (6)
months for international from the date of redemption.
3. Participating devices. Any vivo phone model qualifies for the raffle.
4. Number of entries. Customers may enter multiple times provided that one phone purchase entitles them
to one (1) raffle entry.
5. Eligibility. All participants and selected companion should be 18 years of age and above to be considered
valid. For the prize of NBA game tickets, winners must own Philippine passports that are valid for travel
within February of 2024, and must possess a valid US VISA. Travel period is within six (6) months for
international from the date of redemption.
Top Access Infinity Inc. (vivo Philippines) and NBA Philippines employees and their relatives up to 2nd
degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the Philippines who are of legal age as of the date of entry.

Winners will be drawn via Electronic Raffle Draw at the head office of Top Access Infinity Inc. (vivo
Philippines) at 27F The Curve Building, 32nd Street Fort Bonifacio Global City 1634 Taguig City on the 4 dates indicated above, each time in the presence of a DTI representative.
A customer can only win once. Once picked, their names will be excluded in the succeeding draws. Non-
winning entries from the previous draw(s) will still be eligible for the succeeding raffle draws.
7. Contacting of winners. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS, and their names will
be posted at vivo Philippines’ official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/vivo.philippines/ within
twenty-four (24) hours from the draw, with instructions on how to claim the prize. Should the winner fail to
respond to Top Access Infinity Inc.’s communication attempts within seventy-two (72) hours, the Company
shall have the right to forfeit the prize. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Top Access Infinity Inc.
8. Claiming of prizes. The winner must present all the following to claim his/her prize:
◯ Two (2) valid IDs (SSS or GSIS ID, driver’s license, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport, school ID) with
complete real name, photograph and signature
◯ Notification letter sent via registered email/text message from Top Access Infinity Inc. (vivo
Philippines)
◯ Signed and filled-up Winner Release Form to be sent together with the notification letter via
registered email
◯ Send a personal message of the tape receipt photo to our official vivo Facebook page at
https://www.facebook.com/vivo.philippines/. Photo must be clear enough for vivo to read all details
on the receipt, which includes but not limited to: date and time of purchase, amount paid, location of
store, store name, and receipt number.
◯ If the winner gets the NBA game ticket or NBA league pass code as his/her prize, the prize shall be
sent to him/her electronically through his/her respective email address.
◯ Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be
forfeited in favor of Top Access Infinity Inc. with prior approval of DTI.
◯ All prizes are transferrable but not exchangeable and/or convertible to cash, cash advance, or any
kind. The prizes may be transferred to the winner’s nominated recipient who can satisfy the
requirements for the claiming of the prize.
◯ Submission of requirements may be done by an authorized representative assigned by the winner.
The representative must present a valid ID together with an authorization letter signed by the
winner and must submit the following:

9. Publicity. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical
information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation or
authorization as permitted by law by Basketball Properties, Ltd., Top Access Infinity Inc., NBA Entities,
and/or each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising/promotion
agencies.
10. Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and/or entrant, will be
governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Philippines.
