B.  Conditions

1.   Promo period. Promo runs from June 13 to June 15 of 2025.

2.  How to Join:

     2.1    Purchase Requirement:
              2.1.1 The participant must purchase any vivo smartphone from the participating store.

     2.2   Certificate Completion: The purchaser will receive a special certificate with the following blank statement:
              2.2.1 “My World’s _____ Father” (e.g., “My World’s Greatest Father”)

     2.3   The participant must fill in the blank and write their father’s full name on the certificate.

     2.4   Portrait Attachment:
              2.4.1 A printed photo of the father will be taken on-site.
              2.4.2 The photo will be attached to the designated photo placeholder on the certificate

     2.5   Photo Opportunity: A short photo session will be conducted where the purchaser and their father hold the completed certificate. The purchaser will then receive bonus gifts (phone holder, cap, basic headset)

     2.6   Social Media Upload: The participant are encouraged upload the photo on any social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) with the required hashtags #AwardMyDadwithvivo #vivoDadinStyle & tag @vivo_philippines

4.  Eligibility.
The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the Philippines, and who are of the legal age of 18 years old and above as of the date of entry. Top Access Infinity Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealerships, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and all of its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns and their immediate families (parents, spouses, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. In addition, employees of Top Access Infinity Inc. including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo. This Promo shall be void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. The information you provide as detailed below will only be used for Promotion purposes.

5.  Claiming of prizes. Once the mother have taken the photo, she will then receive the certificate after a few minutes and vivo merch.

6.  Publicity. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation or authorization as permitted by law by Top Access Infinity Inc. and/or each of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising/promotion agencies.

7.  Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and/or entrant, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Philippines.
