When customers feedback an issue to vivo After-Sales service staffs, service staffs will consult whether the customers are willing to grab a log file for analysis if the factor of the issue cannot be confirmed, and the issue cannot be solved through the regular methods, such as Reboot, Clear the data, Update system, etc. Log file is used to analyze the issue and locate the factor of that. After analysis work is finished, we will explain the details to the customers, and provide solutions for the customers.
Kindly Reminder: To locate the factors of the issue accurately, please grab a log file by following the steps provided by After-Sales service staff. By the way, due to the local policy and laws, log system is not available on the models sold in some countries/regions. If you need to grab a log file, please go to the local Service Center.

Of course. After Log file is sent to vivo engineers for analysis, you can access File Manager/Files>All files/Internal storage to find bbklog folder or mtklog folder, then remove it manually. Don’t worry, it won’t affect the performance of your phone.

After the log is turned on, the log files generated will use the storage space of your phone. Running the log also consumes a certain amount of power. If you do not need to capture the log, you are recommended to turn off the log switch.

You can turn on screen recording when capturing the log. Another option is to select adding attachment after uploading the log. (Do not add sensitive information)
